Business Planning, Goal Setting, & Preparing for Growth with Ron Morris

Aug 30, 2022

Jilz Gluten Free started in 2013 when Jill decided to make her own crackers for Ron, who’s gluten-intolerant. Once she perfected her recipe, she started sharing the crackers with friends and taking them to parties – where they disappeared in a flash. No one knew they were gluten-free.

Today, Jill and Ron have a thriving business and Ron’s here to share his business journey. We dive deep into the importance of the business plan, and the specific pieces that go into creating one. Ron also helps us find ways to set realistic goals and objectives. Through his experience with Jilz Crackers, Ron shares some strategies for preparing for growth, including being patient and preparing for a downturn. And we also chat about what it means to be an enthusiastic leader and why this is important.

There’s a lot of great nuggets of wisdom packed into this episode, please give it a listen!
