Kristian Gibson-Ford is a clinical social worker and the founder and director of Harmony 360 Counseling, a multidisciplinary practice in Indianapolis, Indiana. She provides coaching and therapeutic services for children, families, and adults with a focus on stress disorders, compassion fatigue and burnout, depression, anxiety, and other issues impacting working adults. Kristian is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Behavioral Health from Freed Hardman and is passionate about helping her clients remove barriers to better health and wellness.

About Kristian Gibson-Ford

Kristian Gibson-Ford, founder and director of Harmony 360 Counseling, was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana where she was raised by a single mother of three. After graduating from high school, she attended and graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Science with a double major in Human Development Family Studies and Biology, and minors in Psychology and Sociology. With a passion for learning more about children with special health care needs and their families, Kristian went on to earn her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Indiana University in 2011. 

Kristian is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Behavioral Health from Freed-Hardeman University with an expected graduation date of 2024. Kristian often presents on the management of stress disorders, compassion fatigue and burnout, depression, anxiety, and other issues impacting working adults. 

Kristian is a fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Nevada. She has been providing coaching and therapeutic services for over 10 years throughout Central Indiana and the Raleigh-Durham areas. 

She gained significant clinical training and experience from working in a variety of settings: Riley Child Development Center (diagnosing children with special health care needs); home-based programs for families and children; adult drug court; criminal and family court systems; home and in-office therapy; foster care systems; public and community mental health care; and integrated primary and behavioral health care.  She also provides ongoing clinical supervision to ensure the next level of incoming therapists receive the guidance they need to be excellent in the field.

About Kendall Hagensen

Kendall is a Somatic Mental Health Therapist, Multidisciplinary Clinic Owner and Business Coach. She specializes in, and is passionate about, working with healthcare professionals to create the businesses of their dreams. Big goals always have a psychological component beneath the surface, so Kendall uses her background in Somatic Psychotherapy and EMDR Therapy mixed with Business Coaching tools to help clients develop a healthy relationship with their business and their strength as a leader.
