Apr 18, 2023

With a deep love for self-growth, Dr. Erica Bacher created Evolve Counseling and Wellness Center to empower clients to achieve holistic health through a multidisciplinary, collaborative team, while confronting the challenge of finding the balance between rapid growth and providing quality care.

We are bringing in people who come in wanting to grow in some way, and I also believe we as providers should have the attitude that we too are always growing. - Dr. Erica Bacher

Dr. Erica Bacher, an accomplished clinical psychologist, is the visionary founder of Evolve Counseling and Wellness Center. With a passion for integrated mental healthcare, Dr. Bacher has brought together a diverse team of professionals, including psychologists, a nutritionist, an acupuncturist, and a dating coach, to provide comprehensive and holistic care for clients. Raised in a family where mental health discussions were commonplace, she was inspired to make a difference in the lives of others. Dr. Bacher's passion for collaboration and growth, both personally and professionally, is evident in her approach to her work and the services offered at Evolve.

Growing up with a psychologist mother and experiencing her own anxiety struggles, Dr. Bacher found herself drawn to psychology at a young age. Her natural empathy and desire to connect with others were further strengthened when she volunteered at a homeless shelter, solidifying her passion for helping others. After obtaining her doctorate, she worked at a medical center before establishing her own private practice, which ultimately led to the creation of Evolve Counseling and Wellness Center. The center embraces an integrated healthcare approach, featuring a team of professionals from different disciplines, including psychologists, nutritionists, acupuncturists, and even a dating coach. By working collaboratively and fostering a sense of community, the Evolve team continues to learn and grow together, ensuring that their clients receive the best possible care.
